RETURN POLICY - RYZE

Can I return my order? Yes, you can.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you may return them within 30 days after delivery.

In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:

  1. The order contains all corresponding parts and components, and the packaging is returned exactly as received.
  2. The product shows clear signs of proper use; damage caused by careless handling is excluded.
  3. Products for which hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
  4. The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
  5. We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs.
  6. Returns will be processed within 7 business days, and if all conditions are met, the return will be officially approved within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or intentionally damaged.

How can I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to start the return process:

  • Send an email to: info@ryze.net.pl
  • Make sure your email includes the following information:
    • Order number
    • Reason for the return request
    • Photo of the product in case of damage
    • Customer’s first and last name
    • Customer’s address

We will then contact you and provide the return address. Never send returns to the sender address, as we will provide the correct return address after your request.

You, the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Consumers have the right to withdraw in accordance with the following provision if the consumer is a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to their commercial or professional activity:

Right of cancellation
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) receives the goods.

Since we operate with a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process, and a refund upon shipment is not possible.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us at info@ryze.net.pl with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the contract. The cancellation is completed once we have received the returned goods. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you receive the goods and then return them. You may of course inform us in advance about your cancellation.

To ensure the fastest possible return process, we kindly ask you to send us a shipping confirmation.
